Realistically Repair Everyday Workshop Errors
Real 400 V High-Voltage in Full Safety
Hands-On Training for HV and Low-Voltage Disconnect
More Than 25 Practice-Oriented Scenarios Available

More and more electric and hybrid vehicles with high-voltage systems are entering the global market and must be properly maintained and repaired. These new technologies present workshops with special challenges and require specific system knowledge as well as recognized qualifications such as DGUV 209-09 Levels 2S and 3S. Practical and safe training is essential in order to reliably carry out diagnostic and repair work on high-voltage components. Since working directly on real vehicles is too dangerous without prior qualification due to the high voltages, safe learning environments and realistic simulations are necessary. Typical workshop tasks such as faults in the 12 V on-board network, relays, pilot lines, motors, or EMC can be trained in a practice-oriented way. In addition, handling charging stations, for example with Type 2 connectors and locking systems, is part of the daily routine in a modern workshop.

Individual Learning Paths & Learning Success
The RXLea learning environment is an integral part of the training setup, guiding learners through project-based, individual learning paths. Integrated progress checks and feedback ensure that knowledge is not only delivered but truly retained.
Practical and Interactive
Numerous animations and interactive elements are embedded in the projects. Various question types and realistic workshop scenarios promote deep understanding. All tasks are organized as stations within a clearly structured learning path – enabling focused and practice-oriented learning.
Digital Support for Greater Independence
Experiment guides with 3D setup animations help prevent mistakes and make complex processes easier to understand. At the same time, they foster learners’ independence, making the learning process more efficient and safer.
Visual Support
The materials include overview images illustrating the learning environment, screenshots of projects and learning paths, and animation examples. In addition, photos from the learning packages are available and can be adapted to specific countries if required.
