Meet us at didacta in Cologne from March 10-14!
Digital or hands-on?
Both!
Curious ?
We answer the long-overdue question.
Training only works when hands-on practice and digital learning come together. Real systems, real applications, and virtual tools are fully integrated with us – planned, delivered, and reflected as one continuous learning process.
That’s exactly what we’ll be talking to you about at didacta 2026.
NO EITHER–OR
This is what training looks like when the question no longer matters.
Real equipment, digital tools, and didactic concepts interlock at Lucas-Nuelle as one integrated system.
Hands-on work, supported by digital learning tools.
Hands-on work, linked with digital planning and analysis.
Hands-on work, safeguarded by digital control.

From knowledge to competence.
RXLea enables project-based learning using real-world tasks.
Teachers benefit from clear learning structures, transparent learning progress, and significantly reduced administrative effort. This leaves more time for individual support – even when learners progress at different speeds.
